Three weeks ago when I flew out to visit Tim, he took me to the Cardinals game. We had a fun time being in a new ballpark, but we also had a learning experience in parking as well. To start this, let me tell you all that when you park at the parking garage at Safeco Field in Seattle to watch the Mariners, we usually pay $30. So, we knew that Busch Stadium (where the Cardinals play) and Edward D. Jones Stadium (where the Rams play) are close to each other, or so we thought. Since we didn't really know where we were going, when we got off the freeway and saw a sign for event parking next to the Edward D. Jones stadium for $20, we jumped on it only to find out that the was a motor cross event going on at the Edward D. Jones Stadium. No big deal we thought, we would just walk, and walk we did for over a mile. As we got closer to Busch Stadium, there was baseball parking for $5 and garage parking at the stadium for $15. At least we got some exercise out of our expensive parking spot. Lesson learned for the next ball game we go to.

Hey you crazy kids! Glad to see that I can keep up with you as you move around the country. Best of luck with the house and the move. I'll be thinking of you all the way from Hawiai. Aloha!

Rosie, you have the distinguished title of being the "First Comment" for our blog. Congradulations! This is definitely a very busy time for us. Jami is desperately trying to get all of the house stuff in order. I am working with Boeing full time by day, and doing the school work at night. By September (when my school work completes) this will all be a distant memory...
